Amino’s commitment to Corporate Governance actions
We believe it is our responsibility to promote transparency and a healthy environment for everyone. Therefore, we are committed to constantly improving our actions, seeking to provide a culture of good practices to ensure the company’s longevity in a sustainable manner.
Therefore, at the beginning of 2023, in partnership with the consultancy Consense, we started a Corporate Governance project to establish long-term strategies and ensure a healthy and transparent environment for all our stakeholders.
As Amino is a privately held family company, among the project’s actions is the creation of a Family Council to define and implement the values that should permeate the business and also to provide greater clarity of responsibilities for all parties involved.
Also with the aim of promoting greater transparency and providing equal treatment for all employees and stakeholders, Amino took the decision to publicly share our Code of Ethics and Conduct so that everyone has access to the precepts that we consider essential to achieve best practices.
The Code of Ethics and Conduct guides our attitudes, but if any deviation occurs, we also have an Ombudsman Office in which anyone, whether an employee, partner or customer, can send reports to help Amino maintain active values and provide actions necessary to ensure an ethical and healthy environment.
Many activities are being carried out, but seeking constant improvement, others are also being planned, such as external process and tax audits, always with the aim of providing transparency and ensuring the company’s longevity with a culture of good practices for everyone.
