Dip Coating<\/strong>:<br>The metal to be coated must be heated to a temperature between 180\u00ba and 210\u00ba C, while the Plastisol remains at room temperature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the metal reaches the appropriate temperature, it is immersed in the Plastisol for 10 to 20 seconds, depending on the desired thickness. The metal is then removed and placed in an oven for full curing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is important to maintain the same temperature in the oven as the metal was initially heated to. After 10 to 15 minutes, the metallic piece can be removed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Molding<\/strong>:<br>This process involves obtaining parts by placing Plastisol into a mold. The final piece can then be cured in an oven at 180\u00ba C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Rotomolding<\/strong>:<br>This process produces hollow parts, such as balls. It involves dosing Plastisol into a mold either manually or with dosing machines.
