AMINO HAS AN ENVIRONMENTAL INSURANCE POLICY.

 

On April 15, 2011, Amino acquired, from the Pamcary insurance company, an environmental insurance policy that covers accidents that may take place while chemicals are being transported.  Known as Ambiental [Environmental] 3.1.1, this policy is the result of the association of large insurance companies, renowned for their quality, such as:  Pamcary, Mapfre, Suatrans and SOS Cotec.

 

his policy provides cargo-related integrated coverage and environmental assistance focusing on prevention, managing the 24/7 emergency response process throughout Brazil.

 

 

THE PRODUCT COMPRISES:

 

  • A single policy that covers the following types of damage and loss: accident, theft, environmental, pain and suffering, third parties (after a court decision has been issued) and legal counsel.

  • Structured contingency processes (Emergency Plan) in accordance with standards established by the client and in accordance with the NBR.

  • Cleaning the contaminated area (soil, underground, rivers, dams, etc.)., waste packaging, transportation, disposal and contaminated area recovery.
